The time it takes to complete a project can vary depending on its complexity. A simple CRM can be completed in a week, while a more complex Digital Asset Management System (DAM) might take 4 weeks or more.

To get started, you can send us a message or book an introductory call. We will then assess the complexity of your project to determine if we can support you. If we can, we will create a feature list and roadmap with an estimated number of weeks to complete the project.

Once you are happy with the roadmap and feature list, we will officially kick-start the project by securing an initial deposit of 50%. We will then provide regular asynchronous updates and optional check-in calls to ensure you are happy with the project's progress.

Upon completion, we will send you a link to pay the remaining 50% and transfer all assets, including the source code, to you.

We use both our task board and Slack for communication, reserving meetings for urgent matters that require immediate resolution and where a call would be more efficient. By default, we limit frequent meetings and focus on streamlined discussions.
