Our Content, including our trademarks, may not be modified by you in any way.

Account Ownership

We have the right to request additional information from you to determine account ownership.

The information that we may request to assist in resolving ownership disputes includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • A copy of your photo ID
  • Your billing information and details
  • Certified copies of your tax forms

We reserve the right to determine the account ownership in our sole judgment and the ability to transfer the account to the rightful owner, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the Service, no returns are accepted for the use of our platform. If you are not satisfied with the Service, please contact us through our designated support channels.

Third-Party Products and External Purchases

Our platform allows developers to list their products and include external links for purchases. Please note the following important points:

  • While we make reasonable efforts to review all projects submitted on our platform, we are not responsible for the content, quality, or functionality of third-party products.
  • When you purchase a product through an external link provided by a developer on our platform, that transaction occurs outside of our platform and is governed by the terms and policies of the external marketplace or payment processor.
  • Each developer may have their own refund policy for products sold through external links. We strongly recommend reviewing the developer's refund policy before making any purchase.
  • We are not responsible for processing refunds for products purchased through external links. All refund requests must be directed to the developer through the platform where the purchase was made.
  • In case of disputes related to external purchases, you should first attempt to resolve the issue directly with the developer and the platform where the transaction occurred.

We serve solely as a platform connecting developers with potential buyers and bear no responsibility or liability for transactions that occur outside our platform. We encourage all users to exercise due diligence when making external purchases.

Developer Terms and Conditions

The Platform allows developers to create a public profile.

Developers are asked to keep their accounts updated to improve the chances of finding job opportunities and to offer quality connections to companies.

The information published in profiles must be real and honest.

Personal and contact information cannot be published in the public parts of the profile, such as the public summary or description.

Information Accuracy

We reserve the right to modify or delete content from a developer's profile (or require users to modify or delete content) to ensure that no personal details (such as name, contact information, etc.) are transmitted in the public parts of the profile.

This data is restricted to the specific fields for this information, only accessible by business profiles.

We can modify or change information to make it more understandable without changing the original essence or meaning.

Cancellation and Deletion

If you cancel a paid plan, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle. When you cancel a paid plan, your account may revert to a free account, and we may disable access to features available only to paid plan users.

You may delete your account at any time.

Any account on the free plan may be deleted if it remains inactive for a continuous period of at least six (6) months. Activity will be determined by us in our sole discretion.

Accounts on paid plans will be considered active accounts unless you explicitly ask us to delete your account.

If your account is deleted, your content may no longer be available, and all licenses granted will terminate.

We are not responsible for the loss of such content upon deletion.

We shall not be liable to any party in any way for the inability to access content arising from any cancellation or deletion, including any claims of interference with business or contractual relations.

Warranties

Our service is provided as-is. We cannot guarantee that unexpected errors will not prevent normal use of the Service and that the software will be accessible 100% of the time, although every effort is made to reduce the likelihood of such issues.

We reserve the right to amend the Platform, and any service or material we provide on the Platform, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, all or any part of the Platform is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is made, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Waivers

No delay or failure to exercise any right or remedy provided for in this Agreement will be deemed to be a waiver.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, for any reason, by any arbitrator, court, or governmental agency, department, body, or tribunal, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.
